We are looking for an office administrator with Hungarian–Romanian language skills for GANZAIR's manufacturing site in Kiskunhalas.

The position combines the daily handling of customer inquiries, service matters, logistics and invoicing administration.

Main tasks

• Receiving and forwarding customer inquiries by email or phone (parts requests, production, service, etc.)
• Providing support to contacts, handling and forwarding orders, service requests and complaints to the relevant area
• Logistics support: requesting UIT codes from the Romanian accountant, occasionally preparing delivery notes, liaising with suppliers and carriers
• Coordinating tasks performed by the external accountant: bookkeeping, invoicing, customer–supplier statements and records
• Liaising with the bank
• Registering and keeping records of service statements and warranty cases
• Daily contact with the Romanian sales representative
• Warehousing-related tasks: assigning warehouse material usage to projects, preparing material orders and material requests and forwarding them to procurement
• Occasional participation in meetings, negotiations, technical training sessions, and interpreting tasks

Requirements

• Hungarian and Romanian language skills at negotiation level (both spoken and written)
• English language skills sufficient for daily work
• Precise, independent work and good organisational skills
• Confident computer skills
• Residence in or around Kiskunhalas, or willingness to commute there daily

Tasks

• Actively monitoring service and repair processes
• Handling problematic customer service cases
• Actively participating in the handling of warranty events

• Cooperation between related areas, with particular regard to inventory management and the project office
• Preparing and carrying out priority, project-level service processes

• Preparing reports requested by management
