Privacy notice for job applications
This privacy notice explains how we collect and protect your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (hereinafter: GDPR).

2 Personal data processed
CV of applicants responding to a job advertisement and the contact details provided in it (name, e-mail address, phone number)
Why do we process it? Keeping in contact with applicants, selecting suitable candidates, filling the position.
Legal basis: consent of the data subject, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR
Consequence of not giving consent: Without data processing, it is not possible to keep in contact or to select suitable candidates.
How long do we keep it? Until the advertised position is filled; the data is then deleted, except for the data of the successful applicant.
CV of unsuccessful applicants and the contact details provided in it (name, e-mail address, phone number)
Why do we process it? Notification about job opportunities.
Legal basis: consent of the data subject, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR
Consequence of not giving consent: Without data processing, it is not possible to notify you about job opportunities.
How long do we keep it? For six months from the date consent is given; the data is then deleted.
CVs submitted without a specific job advertisement
Why do we process it? Notification about job opportunities.
Legal basis: consent of the data subject, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR
Consequence of not giving consent: Without data processing, it is not possible to notify you about job opportunities.
How long do we keep it? For six months from the date consent is given; the data is then deleted.
3 Recipients of the data
The Managing Director, the HR Manager, the head of the organisational unit concerned by the application, the management assistant and the HR assistant of GANZAIR Kft.
4 Transfer of data outside the organisation
We do not transfer the data outside the organisation.
5 Transfer of data to third countries or international organisations
We do not transfer data to third countries or international organisations.
6 Automated decision-making
No automated decision-making takes place in the course of this data processing.
7 Your rights in relation to the data processing
- Right to information: You may request information about the processing of your personal data.
- Right of access: You have the right to request information about, and a copy of, the personal data we process about you.
- Right to erasure: You may request the deletion of your data through the contact details of the data controller.
- Withdrawal of consent: You may withdraw your consent through the contact details of the data controller. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
- Right to rectification: If you notice any inaccuracy or typo in the data we process, you may request its correction.
- Right to restriction: You may request the restriction of the processing of your data, e.g. when enforcing a legal claim.
- Right to data portability: You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to a data controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit this data to another data controller.
- Right to legal remedy: You may seek legal remedy if your rights are infringed.
