3 Scope of personal data processed
Our website processes personal data in connection with the use of the contact form, the quote request form, and newsletter subscription, based on your voluntary consent.

Name, company name, e-mail address, the subject of the enquiry, and the message text.
Quote request
Name, company name, e-mail address, phone number, the categories marked as areas of interest, the detailed project description, and any optionally attached technical documentation.
Newsletter
The e-mail address provided when subscribing to the newsletter.

5.1. Data processing takes place on the basis of the Data Subjects' voluntary declaration based on appropriate information, which contains the Data Subjects' explicit consent to the use of the personal data they provide during the use of the website (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). In the case of concluding a contract, the legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
5.2. The purpose of data processing is to ensure the provision of the services available on the website, contact, issuing quotes, sending newsletters, as well as improving the user experience through anonymized statistics.
6 Duration of data processing
The personal data provided is processed until the consent is withdrawn, and in the case of the newsletter, until unsubscription. Contact and quote-request data is processed for no longer than the general limitation period under Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, i.e. 5 years. In the case of accounting documents, we retain the data for 8 years as required by the Accounting Act.
7 Rights of the data subjects
The Data Subject is entitled to:
- Request information from the Data Controller about the processing of their personal data (right of access).
- Request the rectification of their personal data.
- Request the erasure of their personal data or the restriction of its processing (right to be forgotten).
- Object to the processing of their personal data.
- Exercise their right to data portability.
- Withdraw their consent at any time, without justification. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
